Aman At Sea Introduces Amangati: A New Horizon In Luxury Yachting

Setting sail on Mediterranean voyages starting next year.

Marking a defining moment for ocean exploration, Aman at Sea unveils Amangati, its first ocean-going motor yacht, poised to set sail from Spring 2027. Designed for the discerning traveller, the 180-metre, nine-deck vessel offers voyages along the Mediterranean’s most iconic coastlines, anchoring in secluded harbours and rare ports that invite discovery beyond the familiar.

Space, Privacy And Tranquillity

Amangati embodies Aman’s signature ethos of space, privacy and calm. With just 94 guests across 47 expansive suites, each ranging from 68 to 354 square metres and featuring private terraces, the yacht offers a rare sense of intimacy at sea. Interiors evoke the understated elegance of a Japanese ryokan, where natural light, open space and serene colour palettes foster connection to the surrounding waters. Every detail, from full-height windows to sculptural glassbox elements, is conceived to enhance light, perspective and a feeling of effortless tranquillity.

Wellness In Motion

Aboard Amangati, well-being flows naturally with the rhythm of the sea. The Aman Spa, spanning two decks, is the largest at sea, with eight ocean-facing treatment suites, open-air whirlpool baths, and dedicated serenity zones. Complementing the spa are a hammam, banya, Fitness Studio, Medi Spa, and Beauty Lounge, while daily rituals of yoga and meditation ensure guests remain centred. The Selora Marina and Lounge, with pools, sun decks, and water-based exploration equipment, encourages both vitality and quiet reflection.

Culinary Journeys

Dining on Amangati is a voyage in itself. Seasonal, locally inspired cuisine unfolds across four distinct venues: Alira serves Mediterranean fare; Akari and Hiori explore Japanese washoku and teppanyaki; while Aman Grill distils elemental flavours with refined elegance. In-suite dining offers moments of quiet indulgence, and evenings may be spent at The Jazz Club, in the Cinema, or relaxing in the Youth Lounge — spaces that combine sophistication with intimacy.

Mediterranean Immersed

Amangati’s inaugural season invites guests to experience the Mediterranean differently: from the Roman legacies of the Dalmatian Coast to Moorish Spain and the French Riviera, including rarely visited gems like Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Voyages are crafted for immersion, with late departures, overnight stays, and alignment with cultural highlights such as the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix. A particularly exceptional moment is a passage through Venice’s Grand Canal at sunset, gliding past San Marco Square before the open sea unfolds.

Seamless Service, Quiet Luxury

Every aspect of life aboard is curated for ease and discretion. Suite Hosts, helipads, and tenders ensure movement and exploration remain effortless, allowing guests to engage with each day at their own pace. Here, Aman’s philosophy of peace, sanctuary, and seclusion finds its fullest expression, transformed into a fluid, ocean-bound experience.
