S P Setia has unveiled the final instalment of its Ferrous residential series within Alam Impian, drawing a line under one of the township’s most distinctive neighbourhood concepts. Launching this past weekend, the Ferrous Finale collection comprises 70 double-storey terrace homes with a combined gross development value of RM75.43 million.
Positioned within the development’s Industrial Arts Precinct, the homes reflect a design language that has come to define this pocket of the 1,235-acre township—one that leans into raw materiality, pared-back forms and an urban-industrial aesthetic. It is also the last opportunity to secure a home in the Ferrous series, following the full take-up of its earlier phases.
A township shaped by design and green space
Alam Impian, one of Shah Alam’s larger freehold townships, has been conceived with a focus on arts-inspired living and long-term placemaking. The masterplan incorporates seven landscape precincts and around 200 acres of interconnected parks, waterways and green corridors, offering a framework that prioritises both community and environmental integration.
Within this context, the Industrial Arts Precinct has emerged as a defining enclave. Its appeal lies not only in architectural identity but also in proximity to established amenities. Residents are within easy reach of the LakePoint hub, which includes a landscaped park, private club facilities and a neighbourhood retail centre—elements that contribute to the area’s increasingly self-sufficient character.
Final homes, varied configurations

The Ferrous Finale homes are offered in a mix of intermediate, end and corner units. Intermediate terraces sit on plots measuring 22ft by 70ft, with built-up areas of 1,952 sq ft, while end and corner units extend to 24ft by 70ft, offering up to 2,161 sq ft of space. These larger configurations allow for additional features such as a ground-floor powder room.
Prices range from RM986,800 to RM1.55 million, positioning the homes within the upper-mid segment of the Klang Valley landed market—an increasingly competitive category where buyers are often seeking both design distinction and access to mature infrastructure.
Everyday convenience, with a nod to sustainability
Beyond architecture, the homes incorporate a suite of sustainability-oriented features under the developer’s eGreenLiving initiative. These include smart locks, solar photovoltaic systems and provisions for contactless deliveries—additions that reflect evolving expectations around convenience and energy use.
Residents also benefit from a breadth of nearby amenities, from educational institutions to healthcare and retail. The township itself houses an international school, while larger retail formats and medical centres lie within a short drive. Connectivity remains a key draw, with access to major highways including LKSA, KESAS and the Federal Highway, as well as the upcoming West Coast Expressway.
As the final phase of Ferrous comes to market, its release offers a snapshot of how suburban townships in the Klang Valley continue to evolve—balancing lifestyle aspirations with the practicalities of connectivity, community and long-term value.
