Su Kim Hock of Au Jardin Unveils His Holiday Gift Guide For the Gourmand

The chef patron of Au Jardin compiles his selection of gifts for the gourmand.

When it comes to gifting, Su Kim Hock, the chef-proprietor of the one-Michelin-starred Au Jardin likes to think practically. “A fail-safe gift for me would be a cash voucher to any decent restaurant. Who doesn’t like to eat out and eat well, right?” he says.

As for the present he hopes to unwrap this year, there’s nothing quite like a rare bottle of his drink of choice: “Being a Krug ambassador myself, I will be happy to receive a bottle of really rare Krug champagne from the Krug Collection.” Here, he puts together an assortment of gifts for the gourmand.
