PS. Cafe has opened the doors of its eleventh outlet in Shanghai, China, boasting an exclusive food and beverage menu as well as an elevated garden, right in the heart of the city.
Situated on the garden podium floor of the newly opened Xintiandi Plaza, the cafe offers sweeping views of the tree-lined Huaihuai middle road, as well as direct access to the expansive outdoors garden terrace. True to the quintessential flavour of PS. Cafe, the restaurant’s interior is decked with bespoke furnishings and striking floral displays. It’s a lush escape from the bustling urban jungle – and infamous smog – of Shanghai.
Besides the ambience, diners can look forward to a line-up of brand new dishes exclusive to PS. Cafe Shanghai, including a hearty lobster and shrimp mac and cheese as well as the chicken cacio e pepe (grilled chicken with black pepper and the cheeses fontina and parmigiano). The menu also pays homage to Singapore’s culinary heritage with local favourites such as Hainanese chicken rice and Singapore chilli crab.
For those who fancy a drink before or after their meals, PS. Cafe also offers a selection of wine, craft beers and lagers, and exclusive signature cocktails like the millionaire mojito (white rum, fresh mint and lime topped with prosecco) and the hot lychee martini (vodka, lychee and chilli).
