Provençal Freddo Delicato Lemonade
Get a feel of France in this Provençal floral and citrus sparkler made with Freddo Delicato. Coffee lovers can easily make it by following this recipe:
- Extract 40ml of Barista Creations for Ice Freddo Delicato espresso and pour over 1 teaspoon of fresh or dried lavender.
- Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker or Barista machine and adding 1 ice cube (30g).
- (a) With shaker: seal the shaker and shake vigorously. (b) With Barista machine: close the lid, select the ‘Iced Nitro’ recipe and press the Start button.
- Add 4 ice cubes (30g each) and a slice of lemon into your VIEW recipe glass.
- Pour in 15ml of Vanilla Syrup and 10ml of fresh lemon juice.
- Pour in 100ml of sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour in the cold coffee.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
