The new second generation AirPods Pro is the most advanced ever AirPods delivering new features for even more convenience and greater performance. The lightweight and compact body plus the power of the new H2 chip provides an exceptional acoustic experience and major upgrades to Active Noise Cancellation that cancels up to twice as much noise over the previous generation AirPods Pro. With a new low-distortion audio driver and custom amplifier, AirPods Pro now offer richer bass and crystal-clear sound across a wider range of frequencies. Adaptive Transparency reduces loud environmental noise like a passing siren, construction work, or loud speakers at a concert. Improving on greater in-ear fit, a new extra small ear tip is included so even more people can experience the magic of AirPods Pro.

Using the TrueDepth camera on iPhone, users can create a personal profile for Spatial Audio that delivers a listening experience precisely tuned just for them. With Personalised Spatial Audio, the AirPods listening experience is even more immersive as users perceive sound based on the size and shape of their head and ears. With dynamic head tracking, the personalised experience can be enjoyed across iPhone, iPad, Mac and AppleTV.
Convenient features like instant pairing to all Apple devices makes the next generation AirPods Pro setup effortless and easily controlled with a new dedicated section in iOS Settings. Media playback and quick volume adjustments can be made with a light swipe up or down on the stem. Battery life is also improved by an additional 1.5hours over the first generation, for a total of six hours with Active Noise Cancellation.
An all-new design charging case is now sweat and water resistant and utilises a lanyard loop to ensure the case is always within reach. The charging case is also equipped with a built-in speaker to deliver louder tones, making it easier to locate. Personalising the case with an individual Memoji, Animoji and stickers is now available via the App Store app as well.
Designed to reduce impact on the environment, Apple uses 100 recycled rare earth elements, gold, recycled tin and aluminium for all magnets, circuit boards, solders and hinges. Free of potentially harmful substances such as mercury, BFRs, PVC, and beryllium, redesigned packaging eliminates the outer plastic wrap, and 90 percent or more of the packaging is made using fibre-based materials, bringing Apple closer to its goal of completely removing plastic from all packaging by 2025.
