What is considered a natural wine?
Natural wine is crafted without additives or industrial shortcuts. It relies on organic or biodynamic grapes and ferments using only wild yeasts. The wine remains unfiltered and unfined—essentially, pure grape juice. Each bottle tells the story of its vineyard, reflecting the soil, weather, and the hands that nurtured the vines, with a raw, unpolished character unique to nature. Often hand-harvested, natural wines typically contain little to no added sulfites, with just enough to protect against oxidation to ensure preservation.
