The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne opened its doors on 23 March. Located at Lonsdale Street, the building soars 80 floors above the CBD. Take the lift up to the lobby reception located on level 80 to check in. The property boasts 257 stylish hotel rooms and suites fitted with residential-inspired décor and furnishings. The plush accommodations come with marble bathrooms with double vanities, rain showers and oversized bathtubs.
To relax after a day out in the city, head to the heated indoor infinity pool with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Melbourne’s skyline and streets which are designed in a grid. Beyond the inviting pool, there’s also a spa featuring six treatments tooms, sauna, steam room, vitality pools and yoga space.
Dining options include signature restaurant, Atria on Level 80. Thanks to its double-vaulted ceiling and windows spanning the entire level, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views across the cityscape. Also on the same level is Cameo, an intimate, sophisticated cocktail bar which is a homage to Melbourne’s speakeasy scene.
