At Shang Palace, the Chinese New Year Specialties menu is filled with auspicious dishes such as Poon Choi or Braised Premium assorted hot dish served in a Claypot, double-boiled Fish Maw, Abalone, Japanese dried scallops, dried Oyster braised Goose Web with Kantau Sea cucumber among others. Poon Choi serving is available for 3 people up to 10 people and the price starts from RM588 nett up to RM2388 nett.
Five varieties of Yee Sang is available for a-la-carte dine-in or takeaway. Choose from Korean snow pear Yee Sang, Crispy Fish Skin and Jellyfish Flower Yee Sang, Smoked Salmon Yee San, Tempura Soft Shell crab Yee Sang and Sliced Abalone Caviar Yee Sang.
There are six prosperity set menus from eight or nine courses priced from RM 228nett to RM388 net per person. A Vegetarian Menu is available at RM268nett per person with a minimum order of four persons. All the set menus come with Yee Sang at the start and ends with a combination of Pan fried Nian Gao.
