From now until October 13, those keen on unique offerings from independent brands should head down to With Love’s very first concept pop-up store at 23 Keong Saik Road. More than just a shopping destination; this new space is a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and the heartfelt stories behind 14 labels from Southeast Asia and Australia.
Shoppers who value authenticity and intentional design can expect an exciting, curated collection of fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products from the region’s passionate creators.
Launched this September, With Love was founded with a mission to empower small businesses, offering them the tools and opportunities to grow in a big way. It operates on the belief that success is better shared, creating collaborative retail spaces that help indie brands reach a broader audience.
Founder Mary Knickrehm Kumar explains, “We see this pop-up as more than a retail space, but a celebration of community in creativity, in which each purchase supports small businesses with big dreams.”
Diversity defines the collection on offer. Hailing from Malaysia, Fondest features thoughtfully curated collections that empower women to feel effortlessly chic. Vietnamese brand Maven enchants with its romantic hand-embroidered details and feminine silhouettes.
For footwear that combines style and functionality, look no further than Renegade Folk from the Philippines with its community-driven, trendy designs, while Indonesian brand KAMI is a favourite for sustainability-conscious individuals, crafting minimalist vegan leather bags inspired by South Korean style.
Singaporean brands are also front and center at With Love. Lili & Do captures a nostalgic yet modern essence with their floral dresses, while Paradigm Shift Label flaunts minimalist wardrobe staples that are ethically produced. Our nation’s very own activewear label, Urbanized, caters to women who like to transition seamlessly from the gym to the streets.
The pop-up also features vibrant brands from Thailand and Australia, expanding its footprint across the region. Sue from Thailand injects joy into everyday fashion with its playful patterns, while Australian jewellery brand Avant Studio captivates with statement pieces inspired by the art of days gone by. Malaysia’s Lilin+Co adds warmth to the collection with its beautifully crafted soy candles, made to International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards and are free from phthalates.
In addition, Malaysia’s Hello Ronron offers versatile knitwear, perfect for frequent travellers who prioritise both style and comfort. Carino from the Philippines empowers the modern woman with versatile and timeless clothing, while Indonesia’s fashion label Mari Santai is inspired by the slow-living movement, crafting pieces in a sustainable and ethical way. Rounding out the selection is Thailand’s Gongdid Design, which blends modern aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship through its pleated clothing line.
The pop-up is a testament to With Love’s core belief that collaboration can fuel growth and innovation. By creating an inclusive and accessible retail platform, With Love provides independent brands with the chance to thrive, free from the barriers of traditional retail.
“We envision a world where independent brands can grow and succeed on a global scale,” says Knickrehm Kumar. “This pop-up is just the beginning of our journey to transform the retail landscape by championing a more inclusive, accessible, and globally competitive marketplace.”
With Love’s pop-up is open from 11am to 10pm daily. For more details and updates, follow @shopwithlovesg on Instagram or check out its website.
