This summer, OMEGA continues to push the boundaries of refinement and technical prowess with the release of two new Seamaster Aqua Terra models in a captivating turquoise colourway. Expanding on last year’s steel-bracelet editions, the latest variants are offered in both 38 mm and 41 mm case sizes, now paired with integrated structured rubber straps and matte ceramic bezels.
Central to the new design is a vivid turquoise dial, varnished and finished with a subtle black gradient, which evokes the shifting tones of sunlight dancing beneath the ocean’s surface. The dial’s polished lacquered finish is accented by black PVD-coated hour markers and hands, all filled with white Super-LumiNova for exceptional legibility, glowing blue in low-light conditions.
A matte black [ZrO₂] ceramic bezel frames the dial, offering a contemporary contrast to the vibrant display. Meanwhile, the black rubber strap is enhanced with turquoise stitching, creating a seamless and striking visual link between dial and wrist.
True to the Aqua Terra line, these models retain the collection’s hallmark features. This includes the wave-edged caseback, screw-in crown, domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides, and water resistance of 15 bar (150 metres / 500 feet).
Inside, the 41 mm model is powered by OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, offering a 60-hour power reserve. The 38 mm version houses the Calibre 8800 with a 55-hour reserve. Both movements are resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and certified by METAS, ensuring outstanding precision, performance, and durability.
With this latest turquoise edition, the Seamaster Aqua Terra continues its evolution. Uniting technical mastery with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic, it represents a subtle yet distinctive addition to OMEGA’s most versatile collection.
