Swiss luxury watch brand Bell & Ross has long been known for creating watches that meet the specific demands of professionals on the job.
For divers, Bell & Ross’s BR03-92 is specifically developed for underwater exploration. They are capable of effectively assisting divers under all circumstances remaining legible, functional, accurate, robust and most importantly, reliable.
Bell & Ross has a strong history of manufacturing watches for the marine realm. In 2017, the brand made a strong impression on the diving world with its BR03-92 Diver that boasts the iconic BR square and functional lines, reaffirming its ability to produce professional underwater instruments.
Fast forward to 2019, the BR03-92 square diving watch has become a collection in its own right with the new BR03-92 Diver Black Matte.
The new 42mm cased model in the BR03 DIVER collection comes clad in ceramic, a material that is used in manufacturing parts that are subjected to withstand high temperatures, corrosion and erosion. Such parts are used in thermal shields and aerospace rocket’s noses.
Featuring a sober design, black dial, large white numerals and photoluminescent coating allow immediate reading of the time in broad daylight as well as in darkness.
Putting its own spin on the high-tech ceramic material, Bell & Ross has enhanced the qualities of the material making it non-deformable, lighter than steel and hypoallergenic. With the introduction of these new materials, Bell & Ross has created a new must-have tool watch and reinterprets the original values of the iconic BR01.
Underneath, the BR03-92 has a BR-CAL.302 movement and is stated to be water-resistant up to 300m.
For divers, safety comes first and the BR03-92 meets the ISO 6425 standard for water-resistance to a minimum depth of 100 meters. Adding to that, it has a unidirectional rotating bezel with a graduated minutes scale, luminescent markers for better legibility when diving in the dark ocean floor as well as being anti-shock and anti-magnetic.
