W Kuala Lumpur – BAZAAR MALAM
The hotel’s Ramadhan buffets focus on Malaysian Street food, with a luxurious twist. Revamped into a night Bazaar, many food stations are placed within Flock. During the preview session, we saw a Lok- Lok station, BBQ lamb, Roti John, Chicken Rice, Popiah Basah, Rojak, Mamak Oxtail soup, Gilled Seafood Station, Malaysian favourites and not to forget dessert.

Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur – ‘Muhibbah Malaysia’ Ramadhan Buffet
Enjoy breaking fast in the courtyard with a melting pot of flavours. The extravagant buffet spread is prepared by passionate chefs, led by Chef de Cuisine, Ismadin Mohd Isa. The al-fresco atmosphere allows visitors to sit indoors or outdoors, in a more relaxed setting. The buffet features live-action food, carving stations, and local Malaysian dishes from various states in Malaysia.
A unique addition to the buffet is a station dedicated to a selection of signature sauces from the different states in the country such as Sambal Belacan Mangga Muda – Selangor, Cencalok – Melaka, Sambal Tempoyak Daun Kesom – Negeri Sembilan, Sambal Ikan Bilis Tumbuk Cili Padi – Kedah, Budu – Kelantan and more.

Malam Warisan returns to St.Regis Kuala Lumpur this year. The Brasseries takes you on a journey through 15 states of Malaysia, with a menu focused on each state’s signature dish. Curated by a team of chefs led by Chef Norazizi bin Taslim, you can look forward to iconic dishes infused with delectable fruits such as starfruit, jackfruit, and star gooseberry (cermai), umbra fruit (kedongdong), lychee, longan, and many others.
Embracing the essence of Malaysia’s multi-ethnic culture, St.Regis curated popular go-to dishes during Ramadhan, including “Ketupat Palas with Beef and Chicken Serunding”, “Soup Utara”, “Bubur Lambuk Kampung Baru” “Penang Prawn Noodles”, live-stations, and more. Lastly, Head over to the dessert station for “Malay Kuih”, “Sarawak Poached Buah Salak”, “Kelantan Soursop Pudding”, “Coconut Rambutan Panna Cotta”, and many others.

EQ Kuala Lumpur – ‘Cita Rasa Nipah’ Ramadhan Buffet
EQ Hotel Kuala Lumpur returns with Citarasa Nipah, an extravagant buffet of traditional Malaysian foods.
