Longchamp x Caroline Hélain marks the French maison’s first collaboration with the Belgian textile artist. Together, they present a Winter 2026 capsule collection that transforms abstract textile landscapes into leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories. The collection combines artistic expression with Longchamp’s signature craftsmanship while celebrating creative curiosity.
Art Meets Exceptional Craftsmanship

Caroline Hélain draws inspiration from landscapes, textiles and visual memory. She hand-cuts fabrics before assembling them into layered compositions that blur the line between abstraction and nature. Through colour, texture and stitching, her work evokes cliffs, dunes and open skies.
For this collaboration, Hélain created nine exclusive landscape artworks. Longchamp then translated each composition into handbags, knitwear and accessories using its leather expertise. Instead of printing the artworks, the maison recreated them with layered leather construction and meticulous stitching. As a result, every design retains the depth and texture of the original textile pieces.
The Longchamp Caroline Hélain Bags Lead The Collection

The Longchamp Caroline Hélain capsule centres on the Daylong line. Longchamp recreates Hélain’s landscapes through multiple layers of finely stitched leather crafted by its artisans.
The collection includes a mini bag and a spacious weekender. Both pieces invite travel while showcasing the maison’s renowned savoir-faire. Moreover, the layered construction gives each bag remarkable texture and dimension.
Ready-To-Wear Inspired By Nature

Beyond the handbags, the collection expands into knitwear and wardrobe essentials. Sweaters and long knitted dresses showcase Hélain’s colourful landscapes across their entire surfaces. Consequently, each garment feels like a wearable canvas.
The sleeveless calf leather top stands out as the collection’s signature piece. It pairs supple leather with bouclé virgin wool to recreate rolling sand dunes beneath a vibrant blue sky. Meanwhile, silk scarves, cashmere squares and T-shirts offer more understated interpretations of the artist’s work.
Longchamp also applies the landscape motifs to its signature Le Pliage Collection cotton canvas tote bags. The bags arrive in earthy shades of Olive, Thistle, Caramel and Ballet. Together, these pieces complete a wardrobe designed for everyday exploration.
A Shared Vision Of Creative Curiosity

For Hélain, the collaboration marks the first time her textile landscapes have extended beyond the gallery and onto the body.
“My artistic practice exists at the boundary between figuration and abstraction,” she says. “The idea that my horizons can follow movement, enveloping the entire silhouette, feels deeply meaningful to me.”
Likewise, Longchamp Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine describes the partnership as a natural fit. She believes Hélain’s artistic sensitivity and technical precision reflect the same creative curiosity and craftsmanship that define the maison.
The Longchamp Caroline Hélain Winter 2026 capsule collection launches on 4 August 2026 in selected Longchamp boutiques and online.
