Inspired by the hypnotic and vivid flames of the pelita lamp, DeGem’s new Ayla collection pays tribute to the glimmering lights of the festivities. The name is of Turkish origin, meaning the ‘halo of light around the moon’, and the collection highlights glittering sparkles in the form of an elegant pendant sporting a tapered design. Despite its opulence, it’s still well balanced thanks to a unique overlaying technique that is used in crafting the necklaces of the collection, giving a bold look while keeping a beautiful tapestry-like flexibility. The Ayla collection is crafted in 18K gold, set with sparkling round brilliant diamonds, and comes in two design variations to suit the individual’s style. The necklaces also come with a delicate 18K gold chain.
