RIMOWA x MYKITA Continue Their Heritage Eyewear Dialogue For Spring 2026

The collab continues with new styles, refined finishes, and a focus on timeless, engineered design.

RIMOWA x MYKITA Heritage Eyewear Debuts Spring 2026 Styles

RIMOWA x MYKITA Heritage eyewear returns for Spring 2026, introducing four new styles shaped by precision engineering and craftsmanship. The collaboration reflects a shared German design language, where material innovation meets disciplined construction and understated contemporary expression. Designers in Cologne and Berlin develop each frame with a clear focus on durability, lightness, and timeless design clarity.

The HERITAGE series continues to explore technical balance, combining RIMOWA’s aluminium components with MYKITA’s stainless steel eyewear expertise. This integration reinforces structural stability while maintaining a lightweight feel, creating frames suited for everyday use and long term wear. Premium sun lenses complete each piece, delivering full UV protection alongside optical clarity that supports both function and refined design.

This season introduces Clay Green, a matte khaki tone applied across hand lacquered stainless steel frames and aluminium rings. The colourway pairs with Raw Brown Gradient lenses, creating a softened, aged effect that still maintains a distinctly modern visual clarity. The palette reflects a considered approach to material finishing, where subtle tonal shifts elevate the design without unnecessary detailing.

The HERITAGE series expands with the MR006, a refined aviator silhouette that strengthens the collection’s focus on iconic eyewear forms. The teardrop shape brings familiarity while preserving the clean structural lines that define the HERITAGE design language. It joins existing models including the MR001 Panto and MR002 Square, reinforcing a cohesive direction grounded in enduring shapes.

Artisans at MYKITA HAUS in Berlin handcraft each pair, applying precision production techniques with meticulous finishing standards. The process ensures consistency across every detail, from frame construction to lens integration, without compromising design integrity. Co branded cases, cleaning cloths, and certificates of authenticity accompany each piece, reinforcing the collection’s commitment to quality assurance.

Fronting the campaign, Nina Hoss and Leon Dame embody the discipline behind artistic expression through their distinct creative practices. Their presence reflects a shared dedication to craft, where performance and individuality shape a refined and intentional visual narrative. Both figures bring a quiet intensity that aligns with the collaboration’s focus on precision, restraint, and modern design sensibility.

The campaign unfolds within a rehearsal space, positioning eyewear as both functional objects and expressive tools within everyday lived experiences. Sunglasses frame moments of privacy, offering distance while allowing individuals to navigate public environments with controlled presence. This narrative reinforces eyewear as an extension of identity, shaped by utility and personal expression.

Available  through MYKITA stores, selected RIMOWA locations, and global retail partners, the release continues to position RIMOWA x MYKITA Heritage eyewear at the intersection of technical precision and contemporary style.
