OMEGA has just named Aaron Taylor-Johnson as its newest global brand ambassador. The Acclaimed British actor is the latest name to join the Swiss watchmaker’s illustrious group of OMEGA ambassadors, which includes the likes of George Clooney, Nicole Kidman, Eddie Redmayne, Naomie Harris, and Daniel Craig.
Taylor-Johnson is undoubtedly a perfect fit owing to his cinematic talent and refined sensibility, which ties into the brand’s legacy of precision and elegance. The actor began his career on stage in London’s West End at the age of 10. A transition to film followed later with standout film roles in Nowhere Boy, Kick-Ass, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Bullet Train and recently – Kraven and Nosferatu.
His performance in Nocturnal Animals earned him several prestigious awards, cementing his reputation as one of Britain’s most dynamic and fearless performers. Speaking about his new role, Taylor-Johnson expressed that he places significant value on relationships that are genuine and built on mutual passion and respect.
A Fitting Role
Aaron Taylor-Johnson is the newest brand ambassador for OMEGA.
“With that, it’s a tremendous honour to be selected as a Brand Ambassador.” He also revealed a personal connection to the brand: “My interest in watches first began with my dad who introduced me to OMEGA. He was working class and saved his earnings to purchase an OMEGA watch.”
The new partnership was celebrated at OMEGA’s headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, where Taylor-Johnson toured the brand’s state-of-the-art watchmaking facilities and heritage museum. Immersing himself in the brand’s craftsmanship and rich history, the actor shared his admiration for the artistry behind the timepieces.
The actor spent time touring the brand’s renowned watchmaking facilities in Biel.
“I have always had an appreciation for timepieces, but especially for OMEGA. Now, after visiting the factory, I am in awe of the skill required to manufacture such a luxurious product,” he said.

During his visit, Taylor-Johnson wore the Speedmaster First OMEGA in Space, featuring a brown leather strap — a timepiece noted for its vintage charm and spacefaring heritage. Beyond this new role, the actor will next feature in the films 28 Years Later, Fuze, and Blood on Snow.
