Louis Vuitton Is Reopening Its Michelin-Starred Saint-Tropez Restaurant This Summer

Chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric are ready to entice with new menus.

As the summer travel season begins, Louis Vuitton has announced the reopening of its acclaimed restaurant in Saint-Tropez. Helmed by Michelin-starred chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric and nestled within the White 1921 Hotel on the iconic Place des Lices, the restaurant offers a refined gastronomic journey inspired by Mediterranean and international cuisines.

Originally launched as the birthplace of the Louis Vuitton Culinary Community, the Saint-Tropez location reopens with a refreshed seasonal menu and the latest additions to the House’s elegant tableware range. Guests can look forward to standout dishes such as ravioli filled with girolles, brill meunière with seaweed and citrus, and roasted fowl in a velouté, all showcasing ingredients at their seasonal best.

A Delicious Journey

Donckele and Frédéric, who began their collaboration at the Cheval Blanc in Paris, continue to lead the Maison’s broader culinary vision. As heads of the Louis Vuitton Culinary Community, they mentor chefs across the brand’s growing global café network, which now includes outposts in Milan, Tokyo, Osaka, Bangkok, Paris and New York, with new openings set for Shanghai and Seoul.

Menus are divided into three culinary pillars: international, disruptive, and cultural dishes. Highlights include bluetail lobster with shiso sauce and tuna inspired by Asian flavours. Afternoon offerings cater to sweet tooths, with desserts by Frédéric such as Rhubarb Vacherin and hazelnut meringue with lemon sorbet.

“Our aim is to offer a relaxed yet refined Louis Vuitton culinary experience—whether in Saint-Tropez or around the world,” says Donckele. Frédéric adds, “The Culinary Community allows us to harmonise the brand’s hospitality offering while celebrating each chef’s creativity.”

The Saint-Tropez restaurant is also a showcase for the rich design artistry Louis Vuitton is renowned for. The dining space features motifs from the 2025 Women’s Resort collection, along with the Constellation tableware line—crafted from extra-white Limoges porcelain and adorned with a geometric interpretation of the iconic Monogram Flowers. The atmosphere is completed with Objets Nomades lighting, including leather-woven lamps by Zanellato/Bortotto and Mini Bell Lamps by Barber & Osgerby.

The restaurant opens from 15 May – 8 June: 12:30pm – 10:30pm (Lunch, Tea Time, Dinner) and 9 June – 30 September: 3:00pm – 10:30pm (Tea Time, Dinner). Reservations can be made online.
