Co-working space provider, JustCo, has recently launched JustCo Business Solutions. This platform provides JustCo members with exclusive partner privileges and structured professional services. The new program aims to foster growth and scalability, especially within the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups among their members.
JustCo was founded by two brothers, Kong Wan Seng, the CCO, and Kong Wan Long, the CEO. The company focuses on providing flexible venues for use as offices or co-working spaces. It presently has almost 50 coworking centres across 8 gateway cities in the region.
Assistance exactly when you need it
Recently, JustCo changed its brand purpose to “The Place That Works For You.” Under this, the company aims to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for professionals. On the new Business Solutions platforms, members can access professional services, as and when the services are required.
These services include finance, like accounting and bookkeeping, professional tax, and talent outsourcing; human resources, such as employee insurance, payroll services, and recruitment; and IT support with app development, IT server management, and infrastructure. Members can pay for services individually or together, and are able to pay for the specific services they need.
What this all means is that businesses get the exact help they need, when they need it, without extra expense.
Kong Wan Long, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of JustCo, said about the new brand purpose and platform, “it is crucial for professionals to create a meaningful connection with the workplace to achieve success as the business landscape is evolving.”
“Our new support platform goes beyond flexible workspace solutions, extending the traditional co-working experience to one that empower businesses, particularly SMEs and startups. We’re committed to being a trusted partner, guiding our members through the complexities of the modern business environment with our comprehensive range of services.”
ACE.sg approved
Speaking of partners, Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE.sg), a national trade association, has joined JustCo with the initiative. Members of JustCo will have extra benefits when joining ACE.sg.
This ACE.sg membership may appeal to SMEs and startups in particular. Since ACE.sg is a national trade association that supports startups, the non-profit holds a number of events and talks. It also provides their members with opportunities to network, for mentorship, and to recruit interns and new staff. ACE.sg also has an incubator program to accelerate the growth of startups.
“Building a vibrant, cohesive, and supportive ecosystem is central to our mission as the national trade association for startups,” said Patrick Lim, Chief Executive Officer at ACE.SG, “We are delighted to collaborate with JustCo in their efforts in providing not just creative workspace solutions but also additional support to help accelerate the entrepreneurial journey among founders and growth of startups in Singapore.”
