A. Lange & Söhne
Steeped in emotional value, this is the A. Lange & Söhne 1815 “Tribute to Walter Langeâ€. The watch features a movement that has one small seconds run in the traditional way while the sweep seconds was built with a jumping seconds function. As it is a tribute to Walter Lange, the jumping seconds uses a complication that was actually patented by his grandfather all those years ago. Additionally, this jumping sweep seconds can also be started and stopped on demand using a pusher at the 2 o’clock position which some describes can be the predecessor to the chronograph function.
