“Deck the halls with boughs of holly. Fa la la la la…” caroled some guests enthusiastically as they stepped into the Ballroom of Hilton Sentral Kuala Lumpur that resembled a scene straight out of a fairytale. The cheerful spirit blossomed as the events of the afternoon unfolded to reveal one surprise after another with lucky draw prizes including exclusive selections from Harrods, British India and Business Class tickets to London courtesy of British Airways. Though not all were lucky enough to win the coveted gifts, there were still plenty of smiles and laughter as guests feasted on a sumptuously British Christmas spread and drunk in the pleasure of each other’s company together with the wine.
