MALDIVIAN MAGIC

BEACHFRONT FITNESS
For this month only, The Sanchaya in Bintan Island invites fitness buffs to their beachfront resort for a host of fitness residences happening throughout the month. Coinciding with the second annual Bintan Marathon happening in the first weekend of September, The Sanchaya is welcoming Camilla Knight, a Singapore-based Yogi who will be on hand to help guests with their pre- and post-race deep stretching through yoga. The Sanchaya’s kitchens will also be preparing nutritious meals designed to help with recovery, which are the Estate Super Salad and Vegan Crunch Salad. Later in the month from 18 to 22 September, Singaporean athlete, certified trainer and sports nutritionist, Natalie Dau will be on the Sanchaya’s sandy grounds to host daily fitness classes right on the beach, for the true fitness retreat experience.
