04 SINGAPORE’S SLICE OF ITALY

Publico Ristorante opened its doors at Singapore’s Intercontinental Robertson Quay just in December last year, serving a raft of Italian classics such as a signature risotto “alla milanese” with saffron, pecorino and red wine or wood-fired pizzas. The eatery is the brainchild of Executive Chef Marco Turrati, who has refined his expertise in esteemed culinary institutions across Italy. If you want pizzas and pastas just the way they do it in the motherland, this is where you come to! The glorious food is complemented with a curated wine and drinks list taking in full-bodied Tuscan Chiantis to potent Negronis, thanks to Asia’s largest collection of Amaris (bitters). And yes, classic Italian sweet treats such as Tiramisu, are certainly hard to pass up for dessert at this establishment!
