Alila Anji launches a new high tea experience at their in-house Tea Lounge, the GODIVA High-Tea-In-A-Box, in collaboration with the Belgian chocolate house.
The High-Tea-In-A-Box is a carefully curated selection of 10 small dishes that are a mixture of sweet and savoury for a perfect balance of flavours. Enjoy four decadent bites from GODIVA, selections of some of their best flavours, which are Café Au Lait, Artisan Rouge, Signature Cake and Lady Noir, sure to satisfy any chocolate aficionado.
On the other hand, the savoury bites are carefully prepared by Alila Anji’s Head Chef Jason to highlight the best of local flavours. Anji is famous for their bamboo and their white & green tea selections that grow in the region. These flavours are reflected in the Pork and Bamboo Shoots Crispy Cake and the Anji Green Tea Puff that are included in the set. International flavours are also represented by bites of Melon with Prosciutto, and Chicken Caesar Roll.
Sit down to a GODIVA High-Tea-In-A-Box set, while you sip on free flow coffee and Anji’s famous Bai Cha white tea as you look over the majestic Tianfu Lake. These limited box sets are served daily, starting at CNY498+ with an advanced booking.
