As Spring is upon us, Marini’s on 57 offers a spectacular rooftop bar and restaurant for your dining pleasure.

While keeping true to traditions, Marini’s has completely refreshed its menu with several new and delicious dishes. Their new menu showcases exquisite modern Italian cuisine prepared with a sumptuous array of ingredients to usher in the most delicious moments for diners.

Antipasti

Uova Eggs

Firstly we started with a soft and delicate scrambled egg with parmesan cheese foam incorporated in an eggshell. Shaved black truffles on top add a delicate touch, melting in your mouth along with the egg and cheese.

Fiori In Pastella Zucchini Flower Tempura

This golden, full-bodied delicacy features fresh zucchini flower buds stuffed with creamy ricotta cheese, and lightly spiced lemon zest, fried into a delicate crisp. The crunchy texture is ideally paired with a classic Romesco sauce, both flavours intertwined to properly tantalize the taste buds.

Antipasti II

Zuppa Di Cavolfiore Cauliflower and Kale Soup

Looking for a meatless meal or an appetiser to warm you up? The Cauliflower and Kale Soup topped with focaccia Parmigiano crouton is what you should order. Another option for a sumptuous meat-free dish – is RAVIOLI. A house-made Bagoss Cheese Ravioli where the delicate pasta pillows are tossed in browned butter and served with touches of balsamic reduction and black truffle.

Pasta Cappellini All’ Astice 

The Pasta Cappellini All’ Astice has a unique richness, Angel Hair Pasta is cooked in tomatoes and basil, layered with lobster. Another stellar dish to try is the Squid Ink Aglio Olio Pasta served with Australian mussels and prawn bisque. T

Mains

Ocean Trout

Here’s a colourful dish to savour for seafood lovers –  The trout is masterfully grilled. Crispy skin and moist meat are plated with two types of potatoes. Lastly, the dish is garnished with salmon roe and prawn bisque.

Japanese Wagyu

Mull over the Wagyu gently between each bite, the meat is carefully grilled to perfection and served with Hollandaise truffle sauce and a pinch of salt. As for sides, there are the Lyonnais-style potatoes to enjoy.

Dolci

Caviale Di Tiramisu

For dessert, you have to try the classical Marini’s Coffee Caviar. Adorned with gold leaf, the dessert is  served with precious black coffee grains. Each sip after another is bursting with a subtle bittersweet taste muzzling around your mouth. Towards the end, a hint of boozy cascade in Mascarpone Cheese Espuma and Valrhona chocolate together with slightly intoxicating alcohol will fortify your senses.
