Headed by seasoned bartender Adam Bursik (ex-Nutmeg & Clove and the now-defunct The Library), Origin Bar offers an inventive, locally-inspired cocktail menu heavy on tropical fruits and spices. Art deco furnishing and chill vibes set the mood for well-crafted tipples like their namesake cocktail, a combination of spices, pineapple, lime wine, and gin.
