5. Milk Powder
Liquid milk may go into short supply soon. That is why you should buy a few packets of milk powder (shelf life of 1-2 years when unopened) to keep your muscles strong and provide you with vitamin D, which you might not be getting enough of as you’re mostly indoors now.You can also use it as an additive for your tea or coffee or simply dilute it in warm water and drink it as, well, milk!
