Renowned Aziamendi restaurant, founded by three Michelin-starred chef, Eneko Atxa of Bilbao’s Azurmendi fame, will launch a first of its kind pop-up restaurant, Aziamendi 88, at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. The Peak travels to Phuket to meet Chef de Cuisine Alex Burger, Atxa’s right-hand man, to get a taste of what’s to come.
