The Fendi Mania Capsule collection has finally landed, an icon-heavy sequel to the Fall-Winter ‘18 collection in collaboration with graphic designer and artist @hey_reilly. Taking the artist’s graphic remix of the Fendi/Fila logos, the Italian fashion house re-appropriates it and places it at the heart of this capsule launch.
Its origins as a graphic mix-and-match lends the collection a cool vibe that is further punctuated by references to music and art, and ties in perfectly with that Fendi spirit of creativity. The maison blends their signature craftsmanship, exclusive materials and eye for detail with contemporary street-style fashion, for a look that is uniquely Fendi.
That playful energy carries through the entire collection with pieces for men, women and children; from ready-to wear clothes to shoes, backpacks and bag straps, to ties. Even the instantly recognizable silhouettes from the brand like their Baguette and Peekaboo handbags are given the Fendi Mania makeover.
The capsule collection launched simultaneously in Fendi stores in Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Paris, London, Moscow, New York and Los Angeles on the 16th of October and is available worldwide and online at fendi.com.
