A haute joaillerie icon with a celebrated history, the Panthère de Cartier collection has always been a defiant yet gorgeous jewellery line that has recently seen to it a new addition. Born as a pattern on a watch in 1914 and created in 3D in 1948 by Jeanne Toussaint, the Artistic Director of Jewellery at Cartier at the time, the Panthère de Cartier series began to grow into the line it now is. The new decade sees to it the introduction of new La Panthère bracelets which embody the contemporary dominance and allure of the modern working woman.
Created with the spirit of Jeanne Toussaint, known as Little Panthère, the new bracelets follow three design themes – graphic, naturalistic and abstract. Decked out with the signature emerald eye, the bracelets are offered in 18K yellow gold or 18K white gold, as well as platinum, and are bejewelled with over hundreds of carats of brilliant.
