Savour The Taste of The Sea At Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s Seafood Extravaganza

Lovers all things seafood finally have something to look forward to this October to November.

Love eating seafood? Well, you are just in luck as Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree‘s The Courtyard all-day dining restaurant is serving up its new Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet throughout the month of October until November 2019.

Located within the heart of Kuala Lumpur, The Courtyard offers guests the choice of enjoying their meal at the outdoor area of the restaurant where they can relax and take in the spectacular view of the capital city or stay indoors to watch the chefs work their magic in the open kitchen.

Take your pick from delectable offerings from the seas with a wide range of fresh seafood such as fresh live oysters, green mussels, tiger prawns, clams and scallops. There is also house-cured salmon, fresh prawn fruit cocktail and Alaskan King Crab, a popular choice.

The experienced kitchen crew at The Courtyard have specially selected food packed with rich and distinctive flavours and marry it with distinct local tastes.

Don’t worry if cold dishes aren’t your thing, Seafood Extravaganza will also be serving hot dishes and guests will be spoilt for choice by the vast selection of produce from the sea to meaty varieties such as fish, chicken and beef seasoned with speciality marinades. All these delectable dishes will be prepared and grilled on the spot by expert chefs.

But wait, there is more as guests are also invited to indulge at the live carving station where mouth-watering offerings, such as overnight roasted boneless lamb shoulder that is marinated, seared and slow roasted for 6 to 8 hours, can be found.

To round off the perfect dinner, guests can tuck into some sweet treats ranging from all-time favourite assorted Malay and Nyonya style kuih muih. There will be an ice cream bar featuring gelatos made in-house as well.

The Seafood Extravaganza dinner buffet will be available in The Courtyard at 6.30pm to 10.30pm every Friday and Saturday throughout the month of October and November 2019 with a price of RM88 nett for adults and RM45 nett for children.
