Celebrated for his grand sculptures and masterful glass creations, Othoniel’s latest partnership with Hennessy brings forth two extraordinary creations: the Hennessy X.O Masterpiece and the Hennessy X.O Limited Edition.
Hennessy’s illustrious tradition of collaborating with visionary designers and cultural icons shines once more with this new alliance. Known for previous partnerships with luminaries such Tom Dixon, Frank Gehry, and fashion luminary Kim Jones, Hennessy now joins forces with the esteemed French artist, Jean-Michel Othoniel.
Born in Saint-Etienne in 1964, Othoniel has captivated the art world since the late 1980s with his mesmerising use of glass. Since 1993, his expert manipulation of this medium has transformed it into a poetic and captivating art form, further refined through this joint venture with Hennessy, alongside the finest artisans of Murano.

An artistic triumph in its own right, the decanter resembles a radiant ruby-red gem housed in golden metal, it dazzles with intricate angles and facets that refract light. Its innovative design includes a unique opening feature for easy refilling or replacement.
A deep amber with flecks of gold, hints at its complexity. On the nose, seasoned palates will appreciate the detailed layering: candied fruits and oak, underscored by delicate spices.
