If guests prefer an even better experience, they can choose to upgrade to an Upper Suite, which gives all of the above and an additional dinner for two at Yardbird, the modern izakaya situated within the hotel. Café Gray Deluxe’s Hokkaido Scallops
Finally, sit down to dinner with a special wine pairing celebration menu at Café Gray Deluxe. The menu is a wine & dine experience of four-courses, with dishes that include Hokkaido Scallops, Grilled Red Snapper, Slow Braised Veal Cheek and Chocolate Delice for dessert. Each dish is paired with a glass of 2009 vintage wine, specially handpicked by Leo Au, Chef Sommelier at The Upper House. Plus, for big group dinners of 10 or more people, the party will receive a complimentary magnum of Nyetimber’s Prestige Cuvee English Sparkling Wine, Nyetimber 1086 Rosé, a world first product which is available in Hong Kong for the first time. The Wine Pairing Celebration Menu will be available throughout the month of October.

Wine lovers can also delight in a selection of 10 year-old wines from Café Gray Deluxe, whose wine list features a range of 2009 vintages from well-known vineyards across the globe, in order for diners to get a glimpse of the land in the same year that The Upper House first opened its doors. The wine list at Café Gray Deluxe also includes a curated and diverse collection of ‘hidden gems’ carefully chosen by the in-house sommelier, including bottles from Portugal, China and Bulgaria. The Café Gray Deluxe 10 Year Wine list is also available till the end of December 2019.
