Enjoy The Finest Japanese Cuisine At The Newly Opened Kazuma Restaurant

Kazuma located at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a newly launched Japanese restaurant. The team prepares dishes with  Japanese tradition in mind, each dish represents the element of harmony, peace and serenity. Guest Chef Tsutomu Haneishi and his team aim to present diners with the freshest and most authentic Japanese cuisine. The finest ingredients are air-flown from Japan, complemented by a selection of sake.

In this cosy restaurant with a seating capacity of 66 persons, Chef Haneishi brings his signature creations to the table such as Kazuma Seafood Salad, Tori Negimisoyaki, Omu Rice, Camembert Cheese Harumaki, Nabeyaki Curry Udon and Gyuniku Amiyaki all available in the dinner menu.

Treat yourself to a selection of sushi and sashimi during lunch. Authentic perfectly grilled kushiyaki is served at night. For something quick, the value-for-money customised set lunch gets you going. To end the meal, enjoy desserts like Ichigo Daifuku, Abekawa Mochi and Yuzu Sherbet.

For those who love to sit back and relax, enjoy drinks after a hard day’s work at Kazuma’s bar offering sake, whisky and Japanese liqueur.
