Chef Vincent Farges’s Michelin-star restaurant began doing special takeaway Saturday menus just in the recent autumn. But as the lockdown went on, he got creative and started making themed ones!
The first one essentially assembled the key flavours from Provence, which included eggplant caviar, pesto soup, lamb ragout with olives and lavender créme brûlée. Then just recently, there’s a worldwide fusion menu, with Thai-style mussels, avocado and combo, butterscotch pork belly and “exotic pineapple.”
The all-in menus, which include detailed instructions for finishing the dishes at home, are for two people, available from Farges himself at the restaurant’s takeout window!
