System Reset Returns at ĀMANÏ Biohacking Club

Breath work and sound therapy to ice baths and movement.

The constant celebration of performance without sustainability and inner-healing leave leaders overextended — juggling deadlines, and hiding exhaustion behind ambition. Burnout, brain fog, and sleepless nights have become the unspoken cost of ambition. Yet, at ĀMANÏ Biohacking Club, a new paradigm is taking root: leadership built not on depletion, but regeneration.

On 24 August 2025, ĀMANÏ, in collaboration with Upper Aeon, hosted the third edition of System Reset at its Bangsar Biohacking Club. More than an event, System Reset has become a ritual for leaders, founders, and visionaries seeking clarity, resilience, and balance. This half-day immersion was designed to recalibrate the body, sharpen the mind, and restore inner vitality through breath-work, movement, sound, and elemental reset.

Beginning With Intention

The journey began with welcome coffee and registration, where guests were invited to tick off elements of their daily routine and reflect on their lived experiences. This act of disclosure, small yet intentional, anchored participants in a sense of purpose — an invitation to step away from life’s noise and into presence.

A welcome note followed, prompting the group to ground themselves in gratitude before moving into sound healing and breath work. Here, all barriers dissolved: no judgement, no hierarchy, only a shared pursuit of healing.

A Space to Feel and Release

What followed was a rollercoaster of emotions. Unlike daily life — where productivity often takes precedence over self-care — System Reset was a forceful reminder that one must fill their own cup before giving to others.

Expression became the central theme. Guests released and let go of what they carried. And what better medium for liberation than dance? Moving freely to a curated playlist infused with familiar rhythms and healing sounds, participants reconnected with the joy of embodiment — the sheer delight of moving without restraint, simply for the soul.

Stories, Stillness, and Ice

The energy then softened as guests gathered in a circle to share their reflections. Vulnerable yet powerful, these stories illuminated the contrast between before and after: tense shoulders released, restless minds steadied, and clarity began to surface.

From there, the group moved into the ice bath ritual — perhaps the most confronting practice of the day. Submerged in blistering cold, the body instinctively enters fight-or-flight. Yet, as participants surrendered, a surprising calm emerged. Negative energy seemed to dissolve with each exhale, proving that resilience is not about resistance, but release.

Nourishment and Connection

The immersion closed with a healthy evening meal, where conversations flowed as naturally as the food itself. For many, this was more than dinner — it was an integration, a way to ground the day’s transformations into shared human connection.

Health Before Wealth in the Age of High Performance

For founder Yap Yann Fang, ĀMANÏ represents more than wellness. It is leadership regeneration — a philosophy rooted in Malaysia’s unique blend of nature, tradition, and modern science. At its core lies a belief that better leaders are built from within, and that clarity, conviction, and creativity are born from regulated bodies, rested minds, and renewed purpose.

As System Reset marked its third successful edition, one message rang clear: in order to lead others, we must first learn to restore ourselves. At ĀMANÏ, the future of leadership begins not with endless output, but with biology, balance, and the courage to reset.
