Pro-Ject Beatles Yellow Submarine Turntable
For many, the simple act of owning a turntable is enough to affirm your commitment to classic music, but Project’s latest record spinner is for the truly dedicated. The deck is part of an ongoing series from the Austrian manufacturer celebrating the work of The Beatles, and it’s shaped, appropriately enough, like the iconic yellow submarine from the song… well, you get the idea! Specs-wise, this turntable features a belt-drive system, and a special yellow Concorde cartridge from Ortofon that’s exclusive for this model. The tonearm is made of aluminium, and the platter is glass, with 33/45rpm speed settings that you’ll have to manually switch between.
