It takes both courage and conviction to modify a century-old icon and, thankfully, Martell has plenty of both. After last year’s Cordon Bleu Intense Heat, this year, Martell has added a twist to the recipe by adding some very old Borderies eaux-de-vie from the smallest and most sought-after vineyard in Cognac.
