The 13.5kg vehicle is ridden from a seated posture at a maximum speed of 22.5km/h, and can fold up to being carried or pushed like a wheeled backpack. It’s also compatible with a metal basket accessory that can be used as a cart when grocery shopping. They’re particularly handy for train and subway commuters as, according to reports, a third of owners in the US report taking their URB-E on mass transit with them.
