A symbol of sporting values, the Force 10 bracelet resumes its position at the legendary Roland-Garros tournament. This year, The Sunshine Jeweller, FRED, presents new, even more radiant variations of its iconic jewellery.
For sports enthusiasts and the general public alike, Roland-Garros is an unmissable event in the calendar. In 2024, Roland-Garros welcomed more than 600,000 spectators and was broadcast in 223 territories worldwide, reflecting its status as a global and significant sporting event. Organised by the French Tennis Federation, Roland-Garros is the world’s only Grand Slam tournament to be contested on clay, one of the oldest and most prestigious surfaces in the history of tennis.
The new collection takes inspiration from the competition and the challenge of excellence. Winning a point on clay demands audacity and determination and this energy has inspired FRED’s new capsule collection, which celebrates going beyond limits and the spirit of excellence.
To honour this unmissable event, the Maison unveils five genderless and interchangeable variations of the Force 10 bracelet. A five-set match where the tournament’s colours and codes complement FRED’s casual-chic elegance.
The buckle comes into play in three yellow gold versions, a large model with a semi-pavé setting of mandarin garnets inspired by the ochre of clay and engraved with a tennis ball motif, and a medium model with white and yellow diamonds and coloured stones forming a gradient in sun-drenched hues.
Released in limited-edition, this season’s Force 10 cable combines terracotta and white – colours inextricably linked to Roland-Garros – with the neon yellow of a tennis ball. This braiding is accompanied by a medium version in terracotta corderie, echoing the colour of clay.
