Louis Vuitton Takes Pole Position At The Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix 2026

The House Louis strengthens its motorsport partnership in Monaco with exclusive launches and experiences.

Louis Vuitton Becomes Formula 1 Monaco Title Partner

As title partner of this year’s legendary race, the French Maison celebrates its deepening ties with Monaco through bespoke trophy trunks, exclusive city guides, and a limited-edition collection inspired by the glamour of motorsport.

There are few sporting events as synonymous with glamour, prestige and heritage as the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix. This year, Louis Vuitton reached a new milestone by becoming the title partner of the FORMULA 1® LOUIS VUITTON GRAND PRIX DE MONACO™ 2026. The partnership strengthens the House’s longstanding relationship with Monaco and the world of elite motorsport.

Held from 5 to 7 June against Monaco’s iconic harbourfront backdrop, the race combined the excitement of Formula 1 with the elegance and savoir-faire that have defined Louis Vuitton for more than 170 years.

The Louis Vuitton Formula 1 Trophy Trunk

The House’s presence extended far beyond branding. At the centre of the celebrations stood the Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk, presented for the sixth consecutive year. Artisans crafted the bespoke trunk in the Maison’s historic workshops in Asnières. It protects and showcases the Monaco Grand Prix trophy while highlighting Louis Vuitton’s craftsmanship.

The trunk features a striking red Monogram canvas inspired by Monaco’s national colours. It reflects the House’s enduring connection to travel, excellence and achievement.

The weekend ended with a memorable victory for Formula 1 star Kimi Antonelli. House Ambassador Hoyeon unveiled the trophy on the starting grid before the race began. She opened the Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk in a ceremonial moment that highlighted the link between sporting success and craftsmanship.

For 2026, Louis Vuitton introduced a new detail to its Formula 1 Trophy Trunks. Known as the Victory Patch, the feature draws inspiration from vintage travel labels. The engraved patch records the initials of each Monaco Grand Prix winner. Antonelli’s initials now join those of previous champions, including Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, Sergio Pérez and Max Verstappen.

Celebrating Monaco Beyond The Circuit

Beyond the racetrack, Louis Vuitton celebrated Monaco through several exclusive initiatives. The House unveiled the first-ever Monaco edition of its renowned City Guide. The publication features nearly 200 curated addresses across the Principality.

The guide explores Monaco through the perspective of Célia Bernasconi, Director of the Monaco Heritage Institute. It also includes photography by Pascal Aimar and portraits by Marie Deteneuille. Together, they offer a fresh look at the destination’s culture, heritage and evolving identity.

Louis Vuitton Formula 1-Inspired Experiences

Visitors to the Louis Vuitton Monaco boutique discovered immersive window displays inspired by the golden age of motorsport. Hand-painted grandstands, miniature spectators and detailed racing scenes transformed the store into a celebration of craftsmanship and competition.

To mark the partnership, Louis Vuitton also introduced an ultra-limited selection of products inspired by the Monaco Grand Prix. The exclusive collection includes ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and footwear. Select local clients and Grand Prix attendees received access to the pieces.

As Formula 1 expands its cultural influence, Louis Vuitton continues to strengthen its presence within the sport. The partnership reflects a growing connection between luxury, travel and motorsport.

In Monaco, where heritage and modernity coexist effortlessly, the collaboration feels especially fitting. Together, Louis Vuitton and Formula 1 celebrate excellence, ambition and the pursuit of victory.

After all, as the House proudly reminds us, victory travels in Louis Vuitton.
