Dior To Convert One Of Its Workshops To Produce Face Masks

Dior is converting its facilities to make vital face masks for workers on the front lines.

French luxury brand Dior has committed to supply face masks to workers on the front lines. The brand, which is owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH, said it plans to reopen its Baby Dior ateliers in Redon, to produce new masks on a volunteer basis.

In a press statement to the media, Dior said it is actively committed to aiding and protecting all those who are placing their lives on the line in the battle against Covid-19.

“Thank you to our wonderful petites mains (literally translated as “little hands” and refers to ateliers and individual artisans) who, in an exceptional show of solidarity, are working tirelessly to protect them,” the company said.
