AFFIN INVIKTA TOP50 Women of Excellence Awards 2025
In celebration of its 50th anniversary, AFFIN Group, through its premier banking arm AFFIN INVIKTA, has partnered with TOP50 Media Synergy Sdn Bhd to introduce the AFFIN INVIKTA TOP50 Women of Excellence Awards 2025. This national platform will honour Malaysia’s most inspiring women leaders across diverse sectors.
The launch took place at Menara AFFIN @ TRX, officiated by Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah, President & Group Chief Executive Officer of AFFIN Group, alongside Mr. Kishvin Sirinavin, Founder and Chairman of TOP50 Media Synergy. The event was attended by partners and members of the media.
50 leaders, 1 Rising Star
This landmark initiative recognises 50 outstanding Malaysian women from fields including finance, science, entrepreneurship, education, public service, and the arts. In 2025, a Rising Star Award will be introduced to recognise emerging young women leaders already making their mark. More than an awards programme, it is a movement to celebrate impact, champion inclusion, and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
To ensure credibility and excellence, the awards will undergo an independent three-tier judging process. The submissions are first reviewed by an audit panel before being shortlisted by judges. The Top 50 list will later be reconfirmed by the audit panel.
Recognising Trailblazers

The AFFIN INVIKTA TOP50 Women of Excellence Awards 2025 nomination period is now open and will close on 30 September. The top 50 honourees will be announced on 12 October before the awards presentation during the Grand Gala Night on 28 November 2025.
