Breguet Marine Alarme Musicale 5547
Last year, Breguet announced an all-new collection of watches with the Marine collection, debuting with the critically acclaimed Marine Équation Marchante 5887. This year, one of the best things to come out of the brand is an extension to the Marine line, the Alarme Musicale 5547.
This brilliant watch carries forward the design codes of the Marine collection, offering that same beautiful fine wave-like engineturned pattern on the dial. This is where the alarm function, along with a second timezone, is displayed on two separate subdials. A nice little detail is when the alarm function is triggered, a bell symbol appears on an aperture at the 12 o’clock position as a subtle nod to the maritime world of the collection. Additionally, the alarm complication is also powered by its own power source and a power reserve indicator for this is discreetly visible between the 9 and 12 o’clock position.
The Breguet Marine Alarme Musicale 5547 is presented in three variations, including a white gold case with a blue dial, a rose gold model with a silvered dial and, a first for the collection, a titanium case with a slate grey dial.
