Rado Gets Vibrant With A Trio Of Colourful Anatom Models

Radiant and bold for a stylish summer

This summer, Rado brings a vibrant new energy to one of its most iconic timepieces with the release of three bold, colourful editions of the Anatom. First launched in 1983, the original Anatom was ahead of its time, blending futuristic design with Rado’s distinctive visual appeal.

Now, over four decades later, the revitalised Anatom continues to captivate with its sleek form, ergonomic comfort, and technical innovation—qualities that remain as compelling today as they were at its debut.

To mark the season, Rado introduces three striking new versions inspired by the vivid hues of summer fruits: lemon yellow, grapefruit red, and lime green. Each model is an eye-catching blend of form and function, designed not just to turn heads but to wear effortlessly from office to beach.

Colour And Comfort

As with all Rado Anatom timepieces, these editions offer exceptional comfort thanks to their ergonomic case design, which follows the natural curves of the wrist. Crafted in Rado’s latest high-tech ceramic, the case is complemented by a cylindrical edge-to-edge sapphire crystal shaped to mirror the watch’s flowing lines—a hallmark of its “anatomical” namesake.

The sandblasted case middle is made from black PVD-coated stainless steel, while a transparent sapphire crystal case back reveals the intricate movement within. At the heart of each watch beats the Rado calibre R766 automatic movement, featuring an antimagnetic Nivachron hairspring, adjusted in five positions, and delivering an impressive 72-hour power reserve.

Signature elements such as the rotating Rado anchor beneath the 12 o’clock marker and a discreet date window at 6 o’clock maintain the brand’s timeless DNA. Rhodium-coloured hands with white Super-LumiNova ensure visibility, while water resistance to 5 bar (50 metres) adds practical durability.

Each colour variant features a radiant gradient dial—from black to its fruit-inspired hue—and is paired with a matching FKM rubber strap, chosen for its flexibility, durability, and resistance to UV rays and environmental wear. The yellow evokes the brilliance of the midday sun; green reflects nature’s summer vitality; and red captures the richness of a freshly cut grapefruit.

Rado Anatom

These vibrant new Anatoms demonstrate Rado’s ongoing mastery of materials and commitment to ergonomic elegance. With their dynamic colours and technical precision, they are set to delight a new generation of watch lovers drawn to bold, contemporary design.
