Longines continues its partnership with the Commonwealth Games through the new HydroConquest Commonwealth Games 2026 Edition. The Swiss watchmaker created the special release to celebrate Glasgow 2026 and its role as Official Timekeeper and Official Partner of the Games.
The brand limits the watch to 2,026 pieces in each of its two available sizes. The release also marks more than 60 years of Longines’ connection with the Commonwealth Games, which began in 1962.
A Colour Palette Inspired By The Games

Longines first introduced the HydroConquest collection in 2007. Since then, the line has combined sporty functionality with refined design. For 2026, the collection receives updated bezels, fresh dial variations, and new ceramic colours.
The Commonwealth Games edition draws directly from the Glasgow 2026 logo. A polished teal gradient dial fades into deep black, while violet accents add contrast across the design. The watch also features a pink-tipped seconds hand inspired by the Games’ visual identity.
Rhodium-plated hands and Super-LumiNova® treated indexes improve visibility in different conditions. Meanwhile, the black ceramic bezel features teal numerals that reinforce the watch’s sporty appearance.
Built For Performance

Longines offers the watch in 39 mm and 42 mm stainless steel cases. Inside, the HydroConquest houses the exclusive Longines calibre L888.5 self-winding mechanical movement. The movement delivers up to 72 hours of power reserve and includes a silicon balance-spring for greater precision.
The watch also exceeds ISO 764 magnetic resistance standards by a factor of ten. As a result, it delivers stronger protection against everyday magnetic interference.
Longines equips the model with water resistance up to 300 metres. The brand pairs the watch with a black rubber strap and a double-folding safety clasp with micro-adjustment for added comfort.
Celebrating A Longstanding Sporting Legacy

The screw-down case back features the official Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games logo alongside the limited-edition engraving. Together, these details transform the watch into a commemorative collector’s piece.
Over the decades, Longines has supported several editions of the Commonwealth Games, including Glasgow 2014, Gold Coast 2018, and Birmingham 2022. The brand continues to provide precision timing technology for athletes and audiences worldwide.
With its bold colour palette and technical capabilities, the HydroConquest Commonwealth Games 2026 Edition reflects Longines’ enduring connection to sport, precision, and elegance.
