Always pushing the boundaries of art, design, and fashion, Gucci’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele designs a remarkable collection of high watchmaking timepieces to mark the brand’s foray into its hundredth year.
Comprising four lines, each one showcases the creativity, craftsmanship, and technical know-how of the brand since its establishment in 1921. Inspired by the brand’s heritage, expect to see the House’s signature motifs such as flora and fauna, talismans, and the interlocking GG logo.
While it may be Gucci’s first pursuit into high watchmaking, the luxury label is no stranger to designing timepieces. Over the past 50 years, the brand has created extraordinary watches that are made in production facilities across the Swiss watchmaking region, La Chaux-de-Fonds. Ahead, we take a closer look at the new high watchmaking collection.
