CARTIER
Cartier is prepared to take you on an expedition across vast plains and unique terrains spanning the four corners of the earth, with its heartstopping haute joaillerie collection, Coloratura. The collection utilises colour as a way to explore the social humanism of the world and conducts a marriage between international cultures as well as connecting history to present day. Be it using the spectacular Indian spring festival of Holi, where people douse each other in coloured powder, to craft the jewellery into interlinked chevron for a trompe l’oeil effect, the true value of the collection lies in the artistry and rich cultures that the collection has used as a muse. With the Yoshino series from the collection, one is allowed a dainty yet kaleidoscopic array of jewels and stones, presenting itself to be the zenith of haute joaillerie. The ring and necklace both use white gold, with the ring hosting a single 17.12-carat cushion-shaped morganite, adorned by two cabochoncut opals on either side, with brilliantcut diamonds and pink sapphires across the body. For the necklace, two emerald-cut morganites, totalling 55.18 carats, are surrounded by three cabochon-cut opals, as well as tourmaline beads, pink sapphires and brilliant-cut diamonds. If variety is the spice you use in your wardrobe, the necklace comes with an additional chain that allows you to wear it up to three different ways, each as outstanding as the others.
