Jaeger-Lecoultre
The new Polaris Perpetual Calendar watch is keeping time eternal, as expressed by the natural world of: lakes, forests, and the heavens. The world is moving, and the passage of time brought glimpses of different celestial bodies throughout. This timepiece holds a pertinent connection to Jaeger’s stellar Odyssey when looking into the measurements of calendar clocks that are governed by the rhythm of the universe and the regular cycles of astronomical phenomena.
Inside, Jaeger-LeCoultre‘s new self-winding caliber 868AA is a classic northern hemisphere moon phase display complemented by a retrograde southern hemisphere moon phase display. This new movement increases the power reserve to 70 hours and further enhances the practicality of the North Chen Perpetual Calendar. The 42 mm diameter case is available in steel or rose gold complementing the elegant dial. The timepieces are equipped with an interchangeable strap system. In addition, it comes with two attachable straps – a rubber strap and an alligator leather strap for the rose gold model, and a rubber strap and a steel bracelet for the steel model. A range of Calfskin straps is available for you to add a personal touch when choosing the perfect companion.
