Quiet Luxury Unveiled
The layout mirrored the ethos of Aetas Seputeh—showcasing sprawling layouts starting from 3,531 sq ft, destined to become a rare sanctuary in Kuala Lumpur. A sweeping social communal expanse framed a functional layout where light, space and flow reigned supreme.
The functional layout unfolded with ease. A 15.2-metre living-dining hall flowed without walls, defined instead by shifts in lighting. Flexible, “hackable” zones invited personal reinterpretation—hallmarks of a home designed for living well, on your own terms.
Conversations emerged naturally in this setting. Guests admired the architectural artistry—from refined, practical design to interiors that balanced comfort with clean aesthetics. The space’s chic restraint—a blend of thoughtfulness, utility, and quiet luxury—set the tone for the evening.
The Evening’s Opening

Richard Augustin, Creative Director of The Peak Malaysia
Immersed in that atmosphere of considered luxury, the crowd naturally settled into the narrative of the night. At 7:30 pm, Richard Augustin, Creative Director of The Peak Malaysia, officially welcomed the evening. His opening remarks both punctuating and continuing the journey that had already begun in the gallery.
He extended his gratitude to the distinguished attendees and introduced the curated journey that awaited—an evening blending bespoke canapés, craft cocktails, and immersive experiences. He highlighted the key activations of the night: The Keepsake photobooth, the mixology showcase, and TROVE’s multisensory sanctuary.

Nikki Lee, Marketing General Manager of Avaland
Augustin then invited Nikki Lee, Marketing General Manager of Avaland, to the stage. Lee shared Avaland’s vision for Aetas Seputeh, emphasizing how the development embodies elevated living, where design and atmosphere converge to create homes that resonate with elegance and belonging.
A Toast to Craft and Creativity

Mixologist Andrew Tan
The lively conversation was fuelled by a delectable spread of canapes. The evening unfolded with two masterfully crafted cocktails by celebrated mixologist Andrew Tan. He introduced the first signature serve—the Clarified Whiskey Sour. A sophisticated twist on a classic, it combined American whiskey, clarified lemon juice, native Australian lemon myrtle, and a delicate meringue foam crowned with a lemon coin. Guests raised their glasses, savoring a drink as smooth as it was inventive.
Tan later unveiled the second creation, the Pandan Old Fashioned. This locally inspired libation fused pandan-infused Irish whiskey, coconut rum, clear pandan syrup, and layered coconut-pandan jelly with a garnish of Hawaiian coconut flakes. It was a masterclass in balance, weaving heritage and innovation in a glass.
Immersed in the Sanctuary
By 8:10pm, hosts ushered guests into the showroom for the Sanctuary Experience—an exclusive preview of TROVE’s olfactory artistry. Each room carried avant-garde scents from Essential Parfums, lit by the warm glow of the Ormonde Jayne Frangipani candle (280g).
The scent became the quiet star of the night—a creamy, rich floral that was both exotic and inviting. It opened with the crisp brightness of magnolia flower and lime peel, softened by white frangipani and jasmine, before settling into the velvety sweetness of plum. The fragrance wrapped the gallery in a sensual warmth, equal parts uplifting and indulgent.
Guests lingered a little longer in each room, many pausing to remark on the fragrance’s ability to shift the mood and complement the architecture. Some admired how the fragrance softened the showroom’s clean lines, giving the space an intimacy that felt lived-in yet luxurious. The subtle harmony of design, scent, and conversation made the experience unforgettable.
A Refined Conclusion
By 9pm, the evening drew to a close. Guests departed with thoughtful door gifts—an elegant keepsake comprising their Glambooth portrait, TROVE fragrance, and the latest issue of The Peak Malaysia magazine. The Peak Access x Avaland was more than a preview. It was an intimate immersion into the art of refined living. Every detail—from the cocktails to the fragrances—aimed to inspire.
